complaint againt bajaj general insurance

Hi,

Anyone knows about any irda mail id where i can complain against bajaj allianz general insurance?  I had taken a personal accident policy from them. I made the renewal payment on 1/15/2013. But till now they have not dispatched the policy documents despite many follow ups. 

Can anyone please help?

    IRDA website has an online complain portal. If I were you I will send an email to Bajaj GI threatening them that you will file a complaint if the policy is not issued within a specific date. Wait and then file the complaint. This may help speed things up or at least get a better response.

      I already threaten them once. Probably I should do it again before taking resort to irda. An email id from irda would help as I want to keep bajaj allianz in the loop.
