compensation for delay

Rs. 15000 deducted by failed transaction through CANARA ATM, Delhi on  9 jan. 2013. Complaint to home branch on 12 jan. 2013. but  Rs. 15000/ has been credited in my A/C on (after 28 days) 9 feb. 2013. Now can i Complaint for compensation for delay.

  1. Dear Sunil/Lalita, please file a written complaint with your bank Branch as first step to get compensation.




    You are eligible for Rs. 100 compensation for each day of delay beyond 7 working days after the incorrect transaction was made.
