   Let us say I opened my first account at 25 and closed it at 45 (after 20 years). Can I open a second one , say, 2 years after I closed the first one?

   I would still be 48 and about 10 to 12 years of working life left.

   I think u can. at a time, u shouldn’t have two. that’s it.

   also, why do u want to open a new one when u can extend it in blocks of 5 years ?
