Closing ELSS funds with DR option

I would like to close and redeem all units of my ELSS fund which are under DR option. But since I get a dividend every year and the same gets reinvested and gets locked in for 3 years. Is it possible to change my option from DR to DP and redeem all units.

DR – Dividend Reinvestment. DP – Dividend Payout.

    NO , the units which are already locked will remain locked . Better redeem the fund now
