Claim settlement in Health Insurance

Dear friends,

I am going to change my Health insurance company.

can anyone tell me how to find claim settlement ratio in the IRDA website?

When I googled I found this article, what is your opinion about the settlememnt ratio mentioned here?

    Dear Indian Engineer, please visit few hospitals & nursing homes in your area & check for their feed back on cashless claim settlements from different insurers. Based upon this feedback, you may purchase your health insurance.
