Claim of online term insurance

One of my life insurance agent has been telling me that if we purchase term insurance online then the claim can only be made via online/phone process. I strongly think it is incorrect and the claimants can visit the local insurance company branch to submit claims (like they do with non-online policies). Please clarify if I’m incorrect.

    He is lying. There is no such thing . Any policy offline/online has the same claim procedure.
