   838 is a good credit score and timely repayments have helped in building your credit score. As an industry practice any score above 750 is considered to be a good credit score.

   We do not see a hindrance in your Home loan application with this score. The final discretion would however depend on the credit policies of the lending institution you are planning to apply to. Continue making timely repayments to boost your score further.
