CIbil message – “We are unable to locate your information in our records”

Hello To All

Please Help me on this– I am trying to check my Credit Score on CIBIL , After Submit all info i am getting this massage — we are unable to locate your information in our records.

What is that Mean and what should i do now.’

    Dear Sir,

    Ideally, if you have never borrowed any credit facility till date, your credit score should be NH i.e. No history.

    However, if you have paid for the CIBIL report and getting the above mentioned error, please contact the CIBIL consumer helpline number, provide your basic details and they will guide you with your query.
