Choosing a healthcare insurance for my parents, can anyone guide me

I am single aged 29 with younger brother 24. My parents father aged 67 and mother 58. Can anyone guide me on the best healthcare insurance for my family. If i take a 20Lakh plan, can the entire amount used for single person if needed or it varies on limits.
