I am Ela Selvaraj from Germany and having a SBI maxgain home loan for 61.5 Lakhs. The current tenure is 15 years but however I would like to change it to 25 years (SBI NRI website stay that 25 years tenure is available). Is it possible to change the loan tenure to 25 years now? The main idea is to bring down the EMI as much as possible.
