Hi All,

I have booked a flat in Bangalore which is pre approved by SBI . I stay in Mumbai and approached to one of the SBI branch there for loan. They are asking for guarantor since the flat is underconstruction and not yet registered ( Only a sales agreement is done between builder and me) . SBI branch is bangalore is disbursing loan only behalf of that agreement . Please suggest if availing loan from SBI mumbai is possible or not in case without guarantor.
