Can I pay the balance amount to Builder when last disbursal is due in SBI Maxgain ?

I have taken a loan (SBI Maxgain) of 45 lakhs . So far 40 lakhs has been disbursed to the builder . As the last disbursal is due to the builder , I am considering to pay the balance amount myself without going for the Loan disbusrsal.

1) Is the above possible?
2) Is it a right approach?
3) What are the Consequences?

Please help me ASAP

    Dear Sir,

    It is possible to not take the disbursement of the entire Rs. 45 lakhs that has been sanctioned to you. You will need to intimate the bank about the same. Also, please check with the bank, especially in the case of this Maxgain account, if any specfic process needs to be followed for the same.
