Dear Ashal I am considering NPS because fund management charge of NPS is very low.

    1. Dear Sanjay, do not see FMC in isolation, please have a look on funds’ performance also & the fact that you are not allowed to invest more than 50% in Eq. even if you want to do so.

      Thanks

I want to create retirement corpus by investing in NPS. As I will exhaust 80c It will help me to save tax .

    1. Dear Sanjay, what’s your GPF contribution? How much prem. you are paying for your life ins. policies? Are you claiming school fee paid for your children (if any) under section 80C limit of 1L Rs. for tax saving? Apart from NPS there are PPF, ELSS, NSC, 5Y Bank FD also.

      Please update with your views.

      Thanks

      Ashal
