I am 39. My daughter is in 7th Std now. I want to invest Rs. 5000/- for the next five years so that I will be able to have a good amount by the time my daughter completes 12th, to aid her professional course/education. I am looking to invest in SIPs. Please let me know the best SIP that suits my aim. What about HDFC top 200?  or is there any other better alternative?

You have taken right decision. as you investment horizon is 5 years, you can invest in Mutual funds through SIPs. You can divide in 2 funds from the below:
    HDFC top 200
    ICICI Pru value discovery
    IDFC premier equity
    Franklin India Prima
All these funds have a good track record for long term investments.
