Hi,

I have taken home loan from SBI and constructed house in my home town.I am availing the tax exemption on interest and principle amount paid for home loan.

I am staying in bangalore in a rented house and claiming HRA for that.

I rented out the house in my home town. I came to know I can avail tax exemption on the rent i recieved from my house in home town. Read some thing on net but not understood properly. Can any one tell me in simple way how can i save on that?
