Can I get my money back from ICICI ULIP Plan ?

Dear Sir,

I had discontinued  paying premium for my ICICI ULIP, after paying 1 premium (ie) yearly and two more premiums were to be paid. I had paid two lakhs yearly can i get my money back. ?

    When was the policy taken ? If it was before sept 2010, then lock in period was 3 yrs and in most of the policies, the provision of getting back the market value after lock in period was there. But now if it was taken after sept 2010 , then you will have to refer to the policy document as suggested by Ashal !
