Hello,
My Take Gross salary is 42000 pm and take home is 360000. I have a personal loan OF 1 lakh and I’m paying 2800 pm towards personal loan. Now I’m planning to get a home loan of 23 lakh, where property cost is 23.5 lakh. As per the banks rule I can avail a loan of amount of 19-20 lakh approx. What should I do,if I want to get a loan of 23 lakh (is there any chance from SBI preferably).
Also I would like to know that, I have identified a property in an area comes under gram panchayat and it has all documents except LRS, since it falls under panchayat. can I get loan from nationalized banks, preferably from SBI?

My friend took home in grampanchayat nearby thane and he got a home loan from state bank of patiala so is there any risk to buy me a new home for me the same area?
This cant be answered in one line. Please do though research on the builder and the project and only then move ahead !

The rules are like that only .
If any one can tell me why the Gov Bank like SBI OR PNB dont give loan to buy property located in Grampanchayat.

No bank gives loan for gram panchayat homes !
You will get that from DHFL. Some NBFC’s funds for Gram Panchayat properties.

particular finance co.only giving such loan for particular zone ask for ur builder he will suggest you.

First of all i want to know whether SBI will approve GramPanchayat lands and they ll give the loan for that ?
Dear Sravan, loan can be availed from SBI or any other bank but you can not get 95-100% value loan. The maximum you can get is 80-85% value. So you need to arrange the remaining 3-4L Rs. from your own pocket. How? Only you can answer that.

No bank providing home loans in GramPanchayat area
As per my knowledge under property law bank shall provide loan in gram panchayat property if it is converted to agricultural land in to Non a agricultural land but that NA ORDER shall not b passed by sarpanch of village but it can be passed by district collector of whr the property is being situated or it is passed by tehsildar but subsequently u. Must have to obtain district collector NA order. Bank can give and bank are giving loan to grampanchayat property but that property first approved by the district collector thankyu no offence

I am central Govt employee and I draw Rs, 50000/_ per month. Now I want to get home loan Rs, 8 lac from sbi.I am residing in Panchayet area. Can I get loan from sbi or otherwise?
It will be very tough to get a home loan for home in gram panchayat. Generally banks do not entertain it !
