I am working with a company from last 7 years and  I want to withdraw my share from company’s PF trust for nursery admission of my kid. Is that possible or can i get a loan on this pf amount?

  1. Not 100% sure, BUT , as per EPF rules seems like you have a chance. Here is the rule

FOR Marriage or education of self, children or siblings

    – You should have completed a minimum of seven years of service.
    – The maximum amount you can draw is 50% of your contribution
    – You can avail of it three times in your working life.
    – You will have to submit the wedding invite or a certified copy of the fee payable.

I think you should get in touch with your Finance department and file a request with EPFO, but my only worry for you is that this whole thing can take a lot of time as its a GOVT thing and not very fast , So if you need this urgently, u might get disappointed
