Can I avail tax benefit in 2 homes I own ?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have a two Home loan. One Home loan is individual and second Home loan is Joint Loan with my elder brother, House also with on joint names. These second home loan EMI payment through my elder brother saving account.

Can I avail Tax benefit of Interest paid on both Home loan ?

    I think you can avail benefit if you are paying the EMI. Just joint owner doesn’t qualify for the tax benefits.
