Can I apply for House loan in Andhra Pradesh for a house in Tamil Nadu ?

Hello, I want Purchase new House (Planning as today. I am working in A.P. but i want purchase new House in Tamil Nadu. I have Both States  Bank SB Accounts. It is possible apply the loan in A.P (SBI ). for Tamil Nadu House. which is better 15 years Term/20 years

Loan Amount: Rs.2000000

    Dear Krishnan, yes it’s possible. Please opt the property in Tamil Nadu which is already approved by SBI in Tamil Nadu. the 15Y or 20Y term should be decided as per your repayment capacity.
