can EPF grievance cases be filed in Consumer court?

Dear sir

   can the EPF grievances cases be filed in Consumer court? If yes then what is the procedure? If no then what are the other legal options available and how?

    Dear Ashutosh, In my personal opinion the consumer – supplier/service provider relationship is absent in case of PF, hence Consumer court case is not possible. Still please discuss this matter with an advocate.
