Can Individual give interest free loan to an HUF in which he himself is a karta?

    Dear DVrupani, Income Tax authorities ‘ll look into such things with a suspicious eye. Please do not indulge in such practices which may prove costly to you later on. A direct answer is Yes, Karta can loan interest free.
