I have SBI loan

Drawing Power 4,28,572.00
Outstanding Amount 4,51,217.00

My edu loan outstanding on april 30,2014 arond 5,10000/-.I got subsidy of around 85,000/- but my outstanding amount is 4,51,217.00 instead of 4,25000/- aprox. Could you help me in this regard?

Should i pay drawing power or outstanding amount,if i dont pay emi.(possibly ggod emi one year latter).
