We are planning to buy 50×40 residential site with BBMP A khatha by dividing equally into 25×40 and 25×40. Please help me to understand what are the things we need to do and few queries as below.

a) What are the procedure to buy property like above ?

b) If we have to prepare 2 sale deeds of each 25×40 then how do we prepare and make sure that we shouldn’t face any problem in future ?

c) Once sale deeds done and also registration, what will be the next step ? . Whether we need to do khatha transfer or khatha bifurcation ? who will provide the site number for us ?
