Is Buying property without a loan a good option ?

I want to know if purchasing a property without loan & invest in SIP (proportion of EMI of Rs.10000 ) will be a good option or not ?

    Hello Manish,

    Can I buy a flat by making down payment from my Father’s retirement money and get home loan on my name for rest of the cost?
    Is their any complications if I do that?

    Its actually a great situation to be able to buy a property without loan. However I suggest you still take a small loan (like 4-5 lacs) , so that bank from their side make sure the documentation check is done properly !
