Buying a 15 year old flat

I am planning to buy a 15 year old flat in Kochi. The construction quality is good and the current residents are not having complaints. My concern is that will the choice of a 15 year old building is wise for  a long run (say 30 years)considering the depreciations and all other factors.

    Dear Mahesh, if the upkeep/maintenance of the property as well as whole building is good, there should be not be an issue for next 20-30 years.

    Please go ahead & purchase the same.

    By the way, from which bank you are planing to take your home loan.
