Best ULIP child plan in the market

I want to have a ULIP plan for my child education with monthly ECS of INR2000.

Which is the best one to have in current market?

    Take a single diversified multicap equity fund. and have an adequate term life (living expenses) insurance (<-- taken from http://www.subramoney.com/2011/07/indians-are-wrongly-insured/)

    And read about financial planning / consult a financial planner.
