Best Insurance House-ICICI or Kotak for online policy?

HI 

I am considering to take online term policy either from ICICI 

Pru iProtect or Kotak Preferred e Term Plan.

Which is better Insurance house in terms of customer care and claims settlement ratio and any other factors?

    Hi Raju,

    After reading the article on Jagoinvestor and the comments I have gone ahead and taken Kotak online term insurance policy. Not sure whether this is the right decision.

    Since there are more complaints floating around w.r.t ICICI I suggest try Kotak.
