My father has Postal PPF account which completed in April 2014 with total amount of Rs 2.5 lacs. Now he need money. So he wish to know that benefit regarding either to take withdrawn total amount  or temporary loan from PPF account.

My father’s age – 52 years

Monthly income – 31,000 (package 4.1 lacs)

Please advise.
