BANKING demat AC OPENING

CAN I OPEN THE MY DEMAT ACOUNT ONLINE IN ICCI  /HDFC OR ANY OTHER BANK AS I AM NRI NOT india now.

explain also whiich bank is good for buying the stocks in term of the service and the there processing fees.
