ONRecently a FP (financial planner) told me there are plans in market (which are not advertised) which can help you in case of temporary job loss due to break, accident etc.
I was told to pay a nominal premium for these plans and they’ll give you a decent pay back for the months you are on break. Of course, the FP (financial planner) didn’t tell me the name of this policy. Does any one know about this plan?

Dear Vphonsa, please check for such plans with your existing general insurer (like your health insurer or Car insurer) as these plans are not popular and info is not widely available.
Thanks

Hi Ashal,
Thanks, can you share any example of these kind of plans (like name of plan and company). Yeah I understand that it should be taken after reading T&Cs
Vishal
Dear Vphonsa, please check the exact T&C of such plans as there are many exclusions for which you ‘ll not get cover. Yes such policies are available from General Insurers.
Thanks
Ashal
