First of all, I appreciate and congratulate the work you have done in your website. The information presented is very useful and explained in a manner that a novice like me can also understand it.

Secondly, it would be of great help if you can help me with one of my query. I run an NGO and primarily we give training on scientific way of honey extraction to rural people. The funds are revived from State forest department. The fund is allocated to us to bear all kind of costs such as food for trainee, literature, training fees etc. Now my query is; Will my NGO be liable for service tax? Am I eligible for tax exception under 12A?
