Apartment for Rent — TDS deducted

Hello Fellow Members,

I have rent out my apartment to a company and they deduct TDS every month from the rent. Is there a way I can claim the TDS?  I am in the highest tax bracket.

Please advise.

    From this year i feel upto 1.8l tds is not necessary .Earlier it was 1.2l

    Since its use for commercial use you cant avoid it.But check with a CA to reconfirm.
