Hi

My Parents had join ownership of some shares bought in 1990s ( my mother was 1st holder and father 2nd holder ). Is there any tax implication if the shares are transferred into my mother’s DMAT account ( individual account ) by giving  off-market instruction to my DP

Dear Mundhada, no tax implication ‘ll be there as the first holder name is of your mother.

    Thanks
