   Though, there may be one or two banks like HSBC offer similar Loan, they can not match with SBI when it comes to Interest rates, processing fee, late payment fee, OD ATM Card &Cheque Book, branch network, etc.

   Better go with SBI. Because, while taking any policy decission, SBI takes into consideration, the common man (Since it is a PSU Bank).

   Dear Rashmi, Following banks are offering such product.

   SBI – Max Gain

   HSBC – Smart Home Loan

   Standard & Chartered – Home Saver

   Earlier, few years back, even ICICI had the similar product named Money Saver but no more available now for new customers.
