Am I eligible for income tax benefits for health insurance premium paid for my grandmother ?

Hi Team,

I have taken a medical insurance for my grandma, who is 76 years old. I am the proposer for this policy and have paid the premium.
Kindly let me know if I am eligible for tax deduction under 80D or any other clause.
