Advice on selection of Mutual Funds to start in S.I.P

I decided to start SIP for 10 years.I have chosen to invest equally in

DSP BR Top 100

HDFC top 200

Fidelity Equity

HDFC Prudence and

Reliance Pharma

Is my portfolio good? please give advice.

    You have choosen good funds . But the thing is they are alike and high risk funds , are you fine with the volatility and the high equity exposure it gives you. I think you can limit it to 2

    1.Franklin India Bluechip or DSP BR Top 100 (large cap)
    2. HDFC top 200 ( large & mid cap fund)

    What is the exact question you had about your portfolio .

    I feel you can go with 4 funds
    1. Franklin India Bluechip or DSP BR Top 100 (large cap)
    2. HDFC top 200 ( large & mid cap fund)
    3. Hdfc Prudence. (Balanced Fund)
    4. IDFC Premier Equity ( go for one Mid & Small Cap funds)

    Avoid Reliance Pharma. You can also wait for suggestion from other experts too.
