Advantages and Disadvantages of REIT

Hi all,

I would like to know about REIT in India. Is it good to invest in them or not. What are the advantages and disadvantages of real estate investment trust’s as of india is concerned. Any comments are welcome.

    Still REIT is not officially launched in India…. only a draft version of policies is prepared by SEBI…. still we have to wait for the exact rules and regulations…. Let’s discuss then….
