   Thanks Vinodh. I have doubt about online procedure. Online procedure says –

   “For changing address online the policyholder has to create an account at LIC OF INDIA and he has to enrol his policy in his account. After enrolling his LIC POLICY, the policyholder has to get ENROLLMENT FORM verified from any branch of LIC OF INDIA after signing it. After this verification, the LIC POLICYHOLDER can change the address own his own without visiting the branch office of LIC OF INDIA. Upon verification the policyholder can change his address any number of times without visiting any branch of LIC OF INDIA.”

   I have already enrolled my policies and changed the address under “Profile” section of LIC. But I never had to get it verified from branch. So my further questions are-

   1. Address changed under “Profile” section of LIC online account is NOT address change of policy?
   2. If Yes for #1, and I surrender my policy, shall the check come on “Profile” address or on the address mentioned on hard-copy of original policy doc?
   3. If No for #1, where to get “Enrollment Form” to get verified?
   3.1. Do I have to present physically at the branch office for this?
