What does Part Period Inter means in SBH home loan?

Hi,

I took home loan from SBH for 30L. So far, I received 21L in two installments (9 + 12). I am paying monthly EMI of 30k from around 1 year.

In my Loan Account I see \”Limit: 30L, Drawing Power: 19,64,062.00, Outstanding Amount: 18,42,081.00\”. What does each of this means?

And also, I see good amount of money is adding under Debit with name \”PART PERIOD INTER\” (Around 16k). What does this mean? Also, I see some amount against \”TOWARDS BUILDING INSURANCE\”

Thanks
