    Hi Shiv,
    You can never be sure of such slabs till the time the cat is out of the bag (Budget). But it is good to know so that we all can warm our pockets with extra money saved from the taxman :)

    Dear Shiv, there are many slips between the cup & your lips. Let the budget be declared on 16th of march 2012. I’m not that much optimistic for the zero tax slab increasing from current 1.8 to 3L in a single shot. Yes the run away inflation has made a deep hole in everybody’s pocket but looking at the tight financial situation of the Govt. I doubt that the Govt. ‘ll provide such huge relief.
