Hi,

I have got SBI Maxgain Home Loan sanctioned(80%, 32Lac) for Ready to move in Property(worth 40Lac), Since I have more eligibility my SBI agent suggested to give request letter in the Bank to increase my loan sanctioned amount to 85% though Yuva Scheme.

Requesting SBI as per Yuva scheme, will change my loan type from Maxgain to Yuva ?, I wanted to stick to Maxgain. Will it inherit 36 months restriction of Yuva scheme ? Kindly suggest ?
