I resigned from my job in 2011 and i m not in any job atpresent. I want to withdraw my PF money. I had completed my 3 years of service before quitting the job. So should i take out my PF money now or should i take it out after 5 years completion of my PF account. which option will draw less intrest from my PF and would allow me to get more.

    Dear Ashal,

I have submitted for withdrawal of PF amount.
How can I check the status? Forms rejected? Withdrawal is accpeted? etc.
    Any online facility is available?

    Thanks,
    Shiva

  3. Dear Ajay, you can withdraw from your domant account after 4-5 years but as there ‘ll be no earning in terms of interest addition, it’s advisable to withdraw as soon as possible.

    Thanks

Thanks Ashal for the useful information.:)

  4. Dear Ajay, if you do not withdraw now, after 2014, no interest ‘ll be credited to your PF account & it ‘l become dormant & ‘ll not earn any interest in future. if you intend to withdraw it ultimately, please ‘Nike’ now. Just Do It now. 🙂

    Thanks

Thanks Ashal for the useful information :). I have one more doubt. As my account is dormant for last 1 year. Will there be any closing of my account and me losing all my money, if i don’t make any activation/transfer(to new account) of dormant account within 3 or 4 years. Please clarify this doubt of me.

      Thanks

      Ajay
