   ICICI Bank also has PPF facility, provided you have a Savings Account also with ICICI Bank and that Savings Account cannot be a Joint Account.

   Dear Venkatesh, almost all PSU banks offer PPF accounts. As the associated business is not lucrative enough for the banks, hence selected branches of all PSU banks accepts PPF deposits.

   Here are some banks for your ready reference.

   SBI
   SBI associates banks
   Bank of Baroda
   Central bank of India
   Vijaya bank
   Indian Overseas Bank
   Union Bank of India

   I know ICICI also have PPF account opening facility
