   Can anyone let me know that whether "Growth" and "Dividend Reinvestment" options in mutual funds are same? Here I am talking about in terms of returns after a definite period.

I have already gone through the mentioned document and it explained very well about when you need "Growth" option and when "Dividend payout" option will be good.

But my query is if we compare Growth/Dividend-Reinvestment, then which will be good (Definitely here objective of both the options are same as we don't need money for definite period)…
