4 ELSS investment Queries – Please answer

Sir, I am interested in investing in ELSS.But I dont have complete idea about it like ,

1.Which fund should I invest ?

2. paramenter I should check for investing ?

3. whether SIP way is best suitable for ELSS or not ?

4. Out of 3 avaialbale option , which one to go for(growth, dividend)

Could you please help me out in resolving above question . Waiting to here you from soon. Thanks

    1. Axis long Term Equity is the best performing ELSS, also can check ICICI Pru Tax plan, Reliance Tax saver etc.
    2. Check past performances, consistency, good fund house and research team etc.
    3.SIP is always better , that will average down your money. If you can wait for 3 years, then you can wait for 1 year more, anyway equity investment not for such a short term holding.
    4. Growth Option is better.

    Please go through old articles of the main website to get more idea on mutual funds.

    1,2 you should do your own analysis and find out which fits you and invest as this changes from person to person.

    3. Read recently from freefincal.com that SIP in ELSS is not good as the individual SIPs will have lockin of 3 years, so if in need u can’t get whole money at the same time.

    4. Better go for growth.
