Updates from Jagoinvestor

Hi Readers , Just wanted to give some updates to you all . From the last some weeks I am very very busy with my full time job , Writing articles on this blog , Doing Financial Planning for Paid clients (mail me if you need yours to be done and need details of compensation) and managing to complete my CFP Certification and 100 other things in my life . Because of my lazyness I thought of boring you guys with this “without knowledge” post which just has some updates and statistics about Jagoinvestor .

• RSS Readers : Crossed 1,000 mark (you might see a little less at the time you see) , Subscribe Now
• PageViews : 35,000+ per month
• Average Time spend/reader : close to 4 min (this included people who just open a page and go away)
• Pages/Visit : 2.4
• More than 100 followers on google friend connect [See sidebar]
• 100 Subscriber to Jagoinvestor Mobile Channel
• More than 60 Fans on Facebook Pages , Join Now

Traffic Statistics

• 50% traffic comes from Search Engine (google)
• 20% comes from direct traffic (people who type url directly or bookmarked)
• 30% comes from Reffering Websites like Twitter , Facebook (Send me a friend Request if you are on Facebook , mentioning that you are coming from blog) , other Blogs which link to me .

• The highest traffic countries are India (80%) , US (15%) , Others (5%) [UK , UAE , Singapore , Australia , Canada , Kuwait , Hong Kong , Germany and 100 other countries with small traffic)
• Highest number of readers in India are from Bangalore , Mumbai , Chennai , Delhi , Pune , Hydrabad , Calcutta , Ahmedabad , Kandivli , Noida , Chandigarh , Gurgaon , Jaipur , Coimbatore , Cochin , Indore , Surat and many other cities ..
• Most of the Indian cities are contributing to traffic , but majority comes from Maharastra , South states and NCR region .
• Top US States contributing to Traffic are California , New York and Texas .

Important Updates

1. I am going on vacation from 8th Oct – 25th Oct . I will try to write some articles before I go and keep hitting “Post” button whenever I get some internet connectivity in between the vacation , so that you dont see the same article on the main page for these 18 days . But the frequency might be lower , so please expect just 2-3 or max 4 posts till I am back .
2. After you Ask a question , please make sure you be patient before I answer , I can answer it anywhere from 5 min – 20 days . I have too much work to do .
3. Before asking a question , try to find the answer on this blog . May be its alreadt covered in this blog somewhere .
4. I would be putting testimonials from my Paid Clients , so that others can know about the kind of work I do and how Clients feel about it , so that you can also take a decision of Hiring me If you need Professional Financial Planning .
5. I would be moving to WordPress in coming months , for getting more control on the blog and making it more scalable and reader-friendly . Incase some one can offer a help to me in moving from custom blogger domain to self-hosted wordpress blog , please help me .. I would be a favor , or atleast point me to someone who might be of help . i would be willing to Pay him/her whatever it takes .

I will publish my one of the best articles before I go on Vacation . So keep watching …
