Hello Mr. Chauhan,
Thanks for such informative details. You are doing a great service to the common people by sharing your knowledge and experience.
Can you please share your knowledge regarding Equity Linked Tax Saving Schemes in India. Also is it the right time to invest in it ? What other options do you consider good for Income tax saving under section 80C. If you can please drop me a mail on brajeshsinha@gmail.com.

Regards,
Brajesh

Hi Manish,
Can you give some details about liquid funds?
like how risky they are, how much time it takes generally to withdraw the money like 1day, 2days…

Thanks for providing such useful information and enlightening everyone including me :)

Hi Manish,
Liked ur posts.. especially about term insurance rather than endowment policy.
My request is just to be more elaborative about terms and provide some examples for each of the product you talking about as like me many pepole are beginners so, we will have a better understanding from where to start and what actually you are referring to.

e.g. you mentioned in ” 5 elements” post, “SIP in equity mutual fund” …it would be good if you provide some suggested name for that, obviously it will be pure suggestion and no compulsion to follow that but it will make a good base line to identify which mutual funds you talkin about.

Thanks again for your enlightening posts!

Anuj

You are asking me to explain something which takes years to master and is too tough in itself .. Also you dont get into mutual funds gererally if you want to time the market .. if you have the ability to time the market one has to be in direct stocks generally (however , one can now trade mutual funds too) .

I have no great abilities my self to time the market . You need to read a lot of technical analysis and spend years to get a feel on this subject .. its not a 1 hr tutorial .

What do you think ?

Manish
